Elevate Your Aerospace Manufacturing: The GH Cranes Advantage
For the handling and assembly work processes of the aeronautical industry involving lightweight but large parts, the cranes that are installed have beams with large spans and the hoists require high precision to facilitate the assembly processes. Also, cranes with hoist transfer are usually installed to move the components to any part of the factory, improving the production processes.
GH Cranes & Components has been partnering with aerospace OEMs and parts manufacturers for decades. Our deep domain experience, integrated solutions and superior technology ensure that our customers have the optimal lifting solutions for their unique aerospace manufacturing processes.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC AND AUTOMATIC CRANES
We design and build PLC-controlled cranes that shorten work cycles, feature targeted positioning, eliminate the inefficiencies of manual control and include electronic anti-sway systems.
MULTIPOINT HANGING CRANES
Our single- and double-girder cranes run through three or more hanging I-beams. Pin connections in one of the hanging end carriages prevent hyper-static forces. Long-traveling horizontal rollers ensure stable running. And closed-loop, long-traveling inverter controls prevent crane crossing effects.
TRANSFER CRANES
Our transfer cranes are maneuvered by WiFi, allowing elements and parts to cross the bay safely and reliably.
FEATURES
Multiple speeds
Up to 15 m/min in STD hoists. Up to 120 m/min translation speeds. Micro speeds for precise positioning.
Restricted zones
Protected areas eliminate human error and prevent damage to equipment and injuries to workers.
Synchronization
Closed-loop controllers prevent load slipping and ensure precise and safe loading when using two or more lifting points.
Overload prevention
Electronic sensors warn of lifting device overloading. overheating and more.
Regenerative inverter controls
Save up to 5% of your energy, feeding it back to the grid.
